Development of the Capital Planning Document

Prior to June of 2000, the department's capital planning efforts were essentially a collaborative effort between the RPD Planning Division and the Open Space Committee based on meetings in the summer and fall of each year. In the Fall of 1999, the Department began to develop a new physical planning process.
