South Sunset Clubhouse Project
The building was originally constructed in 1957 and has not seen any major renovation in decades and is in need of repair to better serve the community. The current tenant is Self Help for the Elderly and they currently provide hot meals and programming to over 100 seniors. The park site was included in the 2020 Health and Recovery G.O. Bond with the support of the District Supervisor.

Stern Grove Emergency Repairs
SFPUC has released a series of emergency contracts to repair damage done to portions of Stern Grove because of a broken air valve on a nearby large water transmission pipeline in August 2021.
