Project progress is moving along well. Current construction activities include:
- Sitework/Landscaping – The site utility subcontractor is currently working on the side sewer scope from Arguello East towards the property.
- Structural Steel – Structural elements for basement staircase are in fabrication and should be delivered in the next couple of weeks.
- Mechanical Enclosure/Basement – The plumbing subcontractor recently installed the fire draft line.
- MEP Rough-Ins – The mechanical subcontractor is currently working on exterior duct runs.
- Building Envelope – The glazing subcontractor is wrapping up on storefront items. Exterior doors and paint to follow.
- Interior Finishes – Interior aluminum framing in progress. The tiling subcontractor is currently working on finish tile/grout.
- MEP Finishes – All trades working on trim out.
We are anticipating completion of construction in Summer 2021!
