Hello neighbors! We have good news to share since our last update in September. We issued the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to our contractor and you should expect to see construction mobilization on-site starting in December or January.
Once construction starts, there will be pedestrian detours, select closures, and other construction impacts. The multi-use court will be closed for the duration of the project. The tennis and basketball courts will remain accessible via a gate south of the main 19th Avenue entrance.
