Hi all. The Recreation and Park Commission approved the award of the Stern Grove Playground Renovation project’s add alternates, which include new fencing along a portion of Sloat Blvd, a new irrigation system for the field adjacent to the playground, and a boulder border within the playground in lieu of a concrete curb.
We are excited about these elements as they will enhance the playground and overall site. We are continuing to move forward with paperwork and gearing up for construction, which will begin later this year.
