We wanted to share a construction update on the Golden Gate Park - Botanical Garden Bookstore Barrier Removal Project since our last update in July.
Construction began on July 17 and the construction of the new ADA deck and ramp is moving forward nicely. The new decking work is now complete, and the contractor is finishing the custom steel handrails which will be installed in the next two weeks.
The project is on pace to be complete by the week of September 23. The Botanical Garden Bookstore is open for business throughout the duration of construction.
