NOTE TO NEIGHBORS: Please be advised that we anticipate the Contractor team will be working this Saturday, December 21, from 7 am to no later than 7 pm.
We are authorizing this work to keep construction progressing as quickly as possible. Weekend work that was scheduled for Saturday, December 14 was cancelled due to rain.
We will post details here as soon as we have them regarding any additional weekend work – after this Saturday’s work, weekend work will not happen again until 2025 at the earliest.
While performing this work, the contractor will continue to follow all noise ordinance-related requirements. So far, we have observed that while the DSM equipment is very large, the sound created by the process is relatively minor compared to typical construction work.
This work has taken longer than anticipated, due to a large amount of debris we have encountered, but it is critical to the success of the overall project. We are currently estimating that the Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) work will be completed by early Spring 2025, at which point the contractor will move into site utility work, mat slab foundation, and then the building superstructure.
We are still on track to reach substantial completion in mid-2026. Thank you for supporting this transformative project.
Feel free to reach out with any questions.
