Prior to the holidays, we shared a project update about construction-related work.
NOTE TO NEIGHBORS: Please be advised that we anticipate the Contractor team will be working this Saturday, January 11, and, likely, the following Saturday, January 18, from 7 am to up to 7 pm.
While we have encountered several challenges with obstructions in the soil, we have worked collaboratively with the design and contractor team to identify solutions, and we are in the home stretch.
We are authorizing this work to keep construction progressing as quickly as possible, with the goal of finishing the below-grade foundation support by early Spring 2025.
While performing this work, the contractor will continue to follow all noise ordinance-related requirements. So far, we have observed that while the DSM equipment is very large, the sound created by the process is relatively minor compared to typical construction work.
We will post details here as soon as we have them regarding any additional weekend work. Thank you for your support for this transformative project.
