Since our last update in July, our contractor has completed most of the new structural footings and poured the rear retaining wall. Installation of new storm drain infrastructure is now in-progress.
In the course of work, we encountered a damaged drain line on the east side of the building that will need to be completely replaced.
These unforeseen issues have caused us to fall behind on our original project schedule. We’re looking into authorizing longer workdays to stay on pace to complete construction in early 2026
