Construction is moving along well! Our contractor replaced sections of the building’s wood framing that had been damaged by dry rot. They also completed repairs on a long section of damaged storm drainpipe that ran alongside the building.
We’re also excited to report that, last month, our Rec and Parks Commission approved a change order that will allow us to add a new, covered pavilion to the back patio!
This new, covered pavilion will add 250 square feet of sun and rain-protected open space and will be an important amenity for Self Help for the Elderly’s gatherings and events at the clubhouse.
