Hello neighbors! The site is transforming before our very eyes! Construction is fully underway with demolition almost completed (light poles are gone!) and subsurface drainage is being installed. The big mound of concrete seen in the panoramic photo below was once the light pole foundations and obsolete concrete catch basins. These were removed from below grade and are all being replaced. Check out the north brick wall of the historic MTA Substation, no more ivy! Thanks for your support and stay tuned for more updates.
