We are excited to announce that our tenant, the Performing Arts Workshop, is in the process of moving into the Powerhouse. The site is also being considered for the City’s learning hubs program. Thank you to our project architect, Aidlin Darling Design, and to the large team of agencies and individuals who made this transformation possible.

We are happy to report that construction has reached substantial completion as of April 15, 2020. The project is expected to reach final completion by the second half of June; however, a couple items have been impacted by the COVID-19 situation so please stay tuned for more info as we have it.
The attached photos taken recently show the exterior of the building, landscaping, the interior event space, office and kitchen.
More info to come shortly!

We are still moving through construction at the Geneva Car Barn. We have been removing paint and graffiti from the brick walls inside the powerhouse. Take a look for a comparison of two walls, one before and one after!
