Since our last update in April, South Sunset Clubhouse project has been making a lot of progress. The design team is finalizing the construction plans, and we are excited to share that the new design will eliminate all the columns in the Community Room, which will greatly open up the space.

The contractor selection process takes several months, but we anticipate that we will have a contractor onboard by the end of this year and that construction will begin by early 2025.
