Exciting changes are coming to the connector trail between Crestline Drive and Twin Peaks Boulevard. Construction is set to begin soon, and the trail is now officially closed while work is underway. In the next two weeks, Cazadoro Construction will break ground to start improvements that will make the trail more stable.
As part of the project, the old wood timbers will be removed and replaced with new box steps and stringer stairs, ensuring a more stable and durable pathway. In addition, erosion control measures will be implemented, including restoration seeding, to maintain the surrounding landscape.
For those looking for an alternative route, we recommend using the trail to the north from Christmas Tree Point while construction is in progress. We appreciate your patience as we work to rebuild this important connection, and we look forward to welcoming you back to an improved trail soon.
