In 2022, Rec and Park completed a full renovation of Rossi Pool (600 Arguello Boulevard), featuring several upgrades to make the facility more energy efficient and environmentally sustainable.
These features earned the project Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification upon opening. LEED is the most widely used green building rating system in the world, recognizing healthy, efficient, and cost-effective green buildings that provide environmental and social benefits.
We are proud to announce the facility has recently earned LEED Platinum certification–the highest possible certification awarded and the pinnacle of excellence in green building.
