Please be advised that we expect that the park’s new, prefabricated restroom facility will be delivered this Thursday, January 8 in the morning. This delivery was originally scheduled for the week of December 22 but was postponed due to rain.
This work will require a large crane at the intersection of Precita Ave at Harrison Street for several hours that morning. We will have construction staff providing traffic control for smooth access and circulation during this period.
During the delivery, please expect construction vehicles, including a large crane, working in the street adjacent to the worksite; additional construction noise; and related impacts to parking and traffic. Please follow all posted signage and directions from flaggers.
Once the facility is delivered, our contractor will begin utilities work to connect the new facility. The project is still on pace to be completed and open to the public in early 2026.
