Come to our first community gathering to circle with neighbors and facilitators and participate in a public process that centers people and relationships.

African American Art & Culture Complex

Dinner will be provided at 5:30. At 6:00, we will introduce our healing circle facilitators and sit in circle together.
Our facilitation partners Atunse Justice League and National Healing Collective have extensive restorative justice experience.

An intensive series of gatherings and other engagement is planned through summer 2023 to:
- listen to community members, learn new skills, and shape supportive social infrastructure in the neighborhood,
- design the Memory Walk as an Afro-centric outdoor art gallery,
- develop equity action components to incorporate in park construction and future park operations.
We plan to announce the full schedule of events mid-March. Stay tuned!
