The construction of the Golf Clubhouse is progressing nicely. Our contractor has been working on installing all of the building rough-ins, the ductwork, finishing the roof, and site work for the area surrounding the clubhouse. There has been some delay due to material lead times, but we are still tracking a completion for fall of this year.
