Marina Improvement & Remediation Project - June 2024 Update

The Marina Project team is in the process of analyzing the financial implications of the reduction of approximately 175 slips in the West Harbor plan as defined in the ordinance the Board of Supervisors passed earlier this year. These impacts are to both projected revenue and capital costs. During this time, the Marina design team is engaged in design refinement and modeling, including the reorientation of the slips in the upper East Harbor to north/south in response to community input. We appreciate your patience and are planning to return to the community to discuss updated project plans later this summer.
