Construction on the Golf Clubhouse experienced delays this fall related to supply chain issues that slowed down the delivery of some necessary building materials. This has pushed back our expected completion date for the project to February 2024.
Construction is making good progress now. All of the planting around the clubhouse is installed. The drywall in the clubhouse has been installed, and our construction team is currently working on installing the windows and exterior cladding of the building. Down below you can check out some pictures of the site plantings and the windows being installed.
