Hello neighbors! As we announced in January, we put out a call for construction bids for this project. The bid process closed, and we are pleased to announce that NBC Construction is the lower apparent bidder.
We are now awaiting the contracts to be signed, after which we will set a date to break ground.
We are on pace to start construction within the next couple of months and have the project open to the public this summer.
