Our contractor, Minerva Construction, is working on signing the contract and completing paperwork related to starting construction. We are also happy to share that we will be awarding the project alternates, which include boulders in lieu of a concrete curb, new park fencing along Sloat Blvd, and a new irrigation system for the adjacent lawn.
Staff will be presenting the alternate award to Rec & Park Commission in April for approval.
We anticipate starting construction by early Summer 2024.
