South Sunset Clubhouse Renovation Project has been submitted to the Department of Building Inspection (DBI) for permitting. In the meantime, the design team is continuing to work on the Construction Drawings for the renovation of the clubhouse. Our aim is to take this project out to bid in the late spring/early summer.
The clubhouse is a 2,060 square-foot single-story facility equipped with a multi-purpose room, restrooms, a kitchen, and an office. It was originally built in 1949 and then renovated in 1991. Planned improvements include the reconfiguration and renovation of interior spaces in the clubhouse, access improvements, landscaping, and beautification.
