Shipwright's Cottage Raised

Rec Park Improvements: India Basin Posted on October 13, 2023

Many of the structures at 900 Innes continue to grow, while Shipwright's Cottage rises, as it was recently lifted to renovate the foundation of the building. Its original foundation has been demolished to make way for a new one. In addition, we're continuing concrete work on pier 2, while working on the roof of the shop building this month. Structural steel work continues for the food pavilion, while stabilization work was completed around the maintenance building. Stay tuned for more updates as we enter an exciting time in the park's construction!
