Good news! Roof repairs on Trocadero Clubhouse are now completed. Work around the perimeter continues as the crew works to seal the exterior and paint the perimeter walls in the Clubhouse's traditional yellow and white colors.
The crew is also giving attention to fully repairing the interior. You can see the photo below of the ceiling of Room 203 with the plaster removed, exposing the lath and utilities.
This project is repairing the Trocadero Clubhouse in Sigmund Stern Grove. The San Francisco Historical Landmark was severely damaged in March 2023 when a storm toppled an 85-foot eucalyptus tree, partially crushing the clubhouse roof and triggering a deluge from its interior sprinkler system.
