We are pleased to announce that on Tuesday, March 25th we submitted a project application to the San Francisco Planning Department for the Marina Improvement and Remediation Project. This submittal initiates the formal environmental review per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). We will learn more in the coming months what additional technical studies will be required, and the level of environmental review.
While this is underway, the design team is hard at work refining our project concept to reach 30% Construction Documents (100% Schematic Design) this summer.
