Construction is officially underway! Argo Construction, Inc. has started work on the renovation of the South Sunset Clubhouse.
While the project focuses primarily on interior improvements, you’ll also notice exterior enhancements, including landscaping, pathway upgrades, and a new sewer line to support future restroom facilities.
During construction, the clubhouse will remain closed, but temporary restrooms are available nearby at Vicente Street near the playground and at Wawona Street by the ballfields.
