[ARCHIVED] SF Examiner: Proposed November Bond Measure Would Invest $200 Million in Parks

Bond Projects

From connecting the community to a clean, restored shoreline in the Bayview to providing safe plazas, recreation centers and gathering spaces for families in SOMA, Visitacion Valley and the Western Addition, a proposed bond for the November ballot would invest $200 million in parks. The plan is part of the $438.5 million 2020 Health and Recovery Bond! Read more courtesy of the San Francisco Examiner here.

In addition, as we continue to shelter in place, we are planning for better days ahead. If you have a moment, we would like to ask for your feedback and insight into our parks. Your input will help us prioritize park improvements. This short survey will give us an understanding of what is important to you and your community: http://bit.ly/sfparksurvey. The survey will be up until late-May. Together we can shape the future of our parks! For a video presentation about our 2020 Parks Bond, click here.
