Construction Update
The contractor team is working to complete installation of below-grade waterproofing and vapor barrier and has also started installing rebar. They are pushing hard to prepare to pour the concrete mat slab foundation prior to the Memorial Day weekend holiday.
Weekend Work Advisory
We anticipate that there will be weekend work on-site on the following upcoming Saturdays: May 3, May 10, and May 17. We expect noise to be limited due to the scope of work and minimal heavy equipment use.
