Here are a few updates on our Gene Friend Rec Center Project:
Our Project Manager, Melinda Stockmann Sullivan, is on maternity leave. Levi Conover will be taking over as Project Manager. Please direct any project inquiries to: levi.conover@sfgov.org / 415-581-2572.
We have our final concept design for the new rec center and are just wrapping up environmental review with SF Planning. We now anticipate going to the Rec and Park Commission in April 2019. Please stay tuned for confirmation of this and details on date and time.
We are working to get a design team on board ASAP to complete schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration so that we can move quickly from concept design approval to advancing the project.
