Corona Heights Trail Improvement Project

Opened to the public on March 11, 2018!

Scope of Work

Several sections of the trail network at Corona Heights were redundant and in need of attention. The Trails Improvement Program project widened and benched existing trails and designated primary trails. Steps were installed in steep areas, and rustic fences were added to prevent people from walking on the slope and causing increased erosion. Wayfinding signs were also installed to help guide park users.
